Contact & Trip Bookings

Deposit & Payment:

The deposit for every trip longer than one day is: € 400,- (non refundable) and should be paid in a period of 10 days after you receive a pdf invoice from me.

The prefered payment method is bank transfer via Iban (international).
I also accept paypal as long as there is no fee I have to pay. Make sure you select „Send money to family or friends“ or „Send a gift“.

Cancelation & Refunds:

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to trip’s starting date receive a full refund, less the deposit.
Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the trip’s starting date will receive a 25% refund, less the deposit.
Cancellations made 0-13 days prior to trip’s starting date, or after the trip has begun, will not receive a refund but get a 35% credit for future trips or other services.
If you wish to change an allready booked trip to a different one, no fees will be charged. If the other trip is not available and you can not go on the booked one the cancellation policies will occur.

Refunds will be issued promptly via bank transfer or your prefered method.

Of course not but be aware hiking or running in the mountains requires a certain level of physical and mental fitness.
If you want to come on a multi day trip but are not sure about your fitness, please consider to book a dayhike first! Ask me about personal training for hiking to prepare best.

No it is not, but take in consideration the wide range of benefits you get from it.

I have a certain amount of rental gear in stock (poles, mattresses, tents, backpacks, stoves) so just contact me before the trip starts.

My believe is if you are not able to carry your gear on a hiking trip you have too much stuff.

It is your responsibility to make sure you have an insurance that covers a mountain rescue. I don´t take responsibility for costs in the case of an accident. I can assist you to find an insurance partner if you wish.

On a dayhike where at least one legal guardian is present, yes. To go on a multi day hike you have to be at least 20 years old.

Sure, please consider booking a hiking fundamentals course or contact me to arrange coaching in person over email or phone.

After your booking you will get a detailed list of required gear. I also have gear to rent.
